The Information Systems and Change (IS&C) Directorate supports and delivers the goals of Notting Hill Genesis through digitally transforming our services for residents and staff. The directorate provides software support, implements data driven improvements, delivers change initiatives and uses cloud technology to help us better understand our residents, homes, and staff.

The Data and Analytics team ensures Notting Hill Genesis has the right tools in place to help monitor and improve performance to make data-driven decisions. The team is also responsible for following the agile methodology for software development and to design solutions that utilise the latest technology trends. The Data and Analytics team consists of four teams: Analytics, Data Governance and Performance, Software Engineering, and Architecture.
Typical roles we recruit for in this team include: Data Governance Technical Analysts, Management Information Analysts, Software Engineers, .Net Developers, Solutions Architects.
The Programme Management team manages a range of programmes and projects on behalf of their business teams, working closely with the business to deliver quality solutions and large change initiatives. The team also innovates, designs, builds and implements technologies in order to provide better services to our customers. The Programme Management team consists of four teams: Project Delivery, Business Analysis, Digital Delivery, and Change Management;
Typical roles we recruit for in this team include: Project Managers, Business Analysts, Change Managers, DevOps Engineers, QA Testers, Technical Leads, IT Systems Trainers.
The Information Technology team is responsible for delivering a customer focused, efficient Information Technology support service across all business areas at Notting Hill Genesis. The Information Technology Directorate is divided into four sub teams: Service Delivery, Infrastructure, Software Support, and IT Security.
Typical roles we recruit for in this team include: Service Support Analyst, Cloud Infrastructure Analysts, Service Desk Analysts, IT Security Analysts.
